Who I Serve
My Massage and Bodywork practice is intended to be a supportive modality that emphasizes care in the areas of pain management, nervous system regulation, stress/anxiety management, and education. My hope is to serve as a bridge between healthcare and community care.
Currently, my practice is tailored to support caregivers and individuals with complex medical conditions such as cancer, chronic pain, and stress/anxiety. Additionally, providing supportive care to our elders is a fundamental focus.

If seeking accommodations with minimal barriers, Root Massage is an accessible location for those with mobility challenges. The entrance is on the first floor, there are no stairs to negotiate inside the building, and treatment rooms/bathrooms have wide thresholds that support wheelchair entry. We also have an electric table that can be raised and lowered to accommodate getting on/off the table .
Oncology Massage
Oncology Massage is a personalized session tailored to support individuals during or after treatment in a safe & informed manner. It’s an opportunity to receive safe & informed care that is non-medical or painful, but with a compassionate touch.

Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork is best suited for those seeking relief from pain, chronic stress, or a down-regulation of the nervous system. Sessions are tailored to meet and support the individuals unique needs at that time.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a manual form of treatment that helps improve lymph drainage from the lymphatic vessel network. MLD can provide symptomatic relief of migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, stress, fatigue, and more.
