How do I pay?
Payment is accepted after the treatment is completed. I accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card. My preferred method of payment is Cash or Check. This helps me to avoid the costly transaction fees. However, I absolutely understand the convenience of using a credit card. For clients that prefer paying with a credit card I will send you an invoice via email that can be paid online.
Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates are available for existing clients only. If you have a loved one or friend that I am currently treating and would like to surprise them with a gift certificate reach out to me directly.
What’s your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel your treatment less than 24 hours from your scheduled treatment, I request payment of at least 50% of the treatment cost. If you need to cancel your treatment please email or contact me directly.
A note about Cold’s, Flu, COVID, etc….
If you are knowingly sick STAY HOME.
This also applies if a member of your household is sick with the above mentioned illnesses. I can work with you to get you rescheduled when you’re asymptomatic. I always have a HEPA air filter running in the room and sanitize the treatment area after each session. If you or a family member are immunocompromised, don’t hesitate to ask me to wear a mask during your treatment. Your safety is of the utmost importance to me. If there’s any other special requests or questions with regard to maintaining your safety during a treatment don’t hesitate to ask.
